Each sleep plan is customized based on the childs temperament, family’s unique needs and values hence, a lot of time and effort goes into each consultation and when customizing the sleep plan for each family. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds once the package is booked and paid for.
The typical timeframe is 2 weeks however, this is very individual and dependent on the severity of sleep challenges the child is facing. It is important to remember that you as caregivers need to stay committed to the plan in order to see results. You will be surprised to know that we have seen clients that follow each step of the plan, have seen tremendous change in their child's sleep pattern just after a couple of nights!
We will be there every step of the way during this period and with the help of a daily sleep log provided by you as a client, weekly calls and continuous messaging support, we will be able to troubleshoot and pinpoint you in the right direction to speed up the process where ever possible and for you to see the results you wish for.
We take pride in the amount of effort and time spent into the work of creating the personalized plan for each family. Once you have submitted your client intake form with all the information we require, we will share the detailed, step-by-step sleep plan after 48 hours. A 60-minute consultation will be scheduled following this to guide you through the plan and help you with any questions you may have.
Will there be a tear free training period? We would be lying if we said that sleep training is easy and your baby wont bat an eyelid at the process and therefore not shed a tear.
Crying is your baby's way of communicating and when breaking habits, there will be some tears shed however, we can assure you that our methods focus on creating a sleep environment that promotes comfort and reassurance, minimizing stress and anxiety for both the child and the parents. We work collaboratively with families to develop gentle sleep strategies that respect the individual temperament of each child. This may involve gradually introducing age-appropriate sleep routines, implementing soothing techniques, and establishing consistent bedtime rituals. We therefore do not work on the method of complete “crying it out”.
