This call is suitable for those who feel they had a good routine going but something went wrong, perhaps sleep regression hit and your baby stopped sleeping through the night. This is a 45-min call that includes a summary email with recommendations and suggestions based on the details discussed in the call. It is not as comprehensive as a full sleep package
